During public service, he has built competence in core areas including research, project monitoring, project evaluations, strategy development and reviews, organizational development and assessments, project design and proposal development, policy development, financial management services, data collection and analysis, capacity development, governance and leadership development, business development, budgeting, administrative responsibilities; supervision, couching and mentorship of staff and teams and writing reports.
Isaboke is a European Union/Commission trained Project Cycle Management (PCM) expert that has consulted and managed many donors funded programmes and projects with required competency and dedication. He has led project management processes (planning, implementation, project design and proposal development, donor contract management, implementation of work plans, as well as staff capacity development) successfully working closely with various teams. Isaboke has rich experience in various sectors including education, agriculture, livelihoods, institutional development, water and sanitation, health, natural resources management, disaster risk reduction, and humanitarian aid among others. He has managed to travel widely in remote areas of Africa providing consultancy, research and training services in many countries including Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon and DR Congo among others.
Isaboke is professionally qualified with a Master of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, pursuing PhD in Project Planning and Management at the same university; Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology; Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management; and Diploma in Agriculture. Other qualifications include training in Environmental Journalism and Communication, Advanced Agro-Technologies, Financial Sustainability, Donor Contract Management and Compliance, Ethical Leadership for prosperous nation, Ethical investment, Project Cycle Management, Financial and Economic Analysis of Projects, Communication and Report Writing, Management of Sustainability, Environmental Assessment & Management, Environmental Review, Project Design and Proposal Development among others.
